Hypnotic Past Life Recall To Treat Driving Anxiety In Sussex

This is not the obvious technique to treat driving anxiety but my client came to me saying that he had had a flash of a memory of burning to death in a car and thought this might have something to do with the panic feelings that he gets now that he is learning to drive. Whether or not he has lived before, this is a significant clue from his subconscious mind and something that I as a hypnotist can work with. I asked him if he wanted to look into that and he said yes.

We visited a couple of lives before going to the one that we were looking for. The reason for this is practice and a bit of fun before we get to the serious work in hand. When we got to the past life in question, he was in Europe somewhere against the backdrop of the lead up to WWII. His parents were Jewish. When he was young, he had a fascination in cars and he used to take his Dad's army car for joyrides without telling him. I asked him what changed and he said his playground became too real with the dawn of the war. He lost his passions with things and nothing was fun any more.

I told him that the linear nature of time in this matter was non-consequential to him, that he has been zipping backwards and forwards for the last half an hour. He agreed. I therefore told him to go back to the memory of joyriding his Dad's car and told him that it can be as if the rest did not happen, the memories after that one need not have happened, to let them fade away. I then told him that every time he grips the wheel of a car it is this memory that drives him because driving is fun.

Whether you have lived before or Hypnotic Past Life Recall is just another metaphor for your mind's inner workings, it is a fun and self-revealing way to relieve yourself of modern day discomfort. My name's Alex Vrettos and I am a Hypnotist practicing in West Sussex. Contact me to know more.
