Covid 19 Survival Tips

This is not a political post.

This is not a post about the Corona Virus.

I am not qualified to comment on either of the above. I am qualified to talk about the mind though, so this post is about keeping your mind in check.

Your feelings about the virus, whatever they are, are not about the virus itself – those feelings are about your version of the virus that you have come to understand. Everyone understands it differently which is why there is such a variety of information out there. No one knows more than they know about it.

There is a lot of information out there and much if it is conflicting – some of it might placate you and some of it might terrify you.

Attached is a postcard image to help keep you focussed amidst all the drama.

Please share it on social media if you know anyone who is scared, panicking or thinks the whole thing is nonsense.

Save the image attached to this post - print it and stick it on your fridge so that you can refocus as the news keeps rolling in.

If anyone is really struggling with anxiety around this or any issue, you know where I am.
